Have you ever walked into a room and instinctively known the occupants were in an argument even if you didn’t hear a single word? You can feel the tension in the air without ever witnessing what caused it which is the perfect example of your body picking up a low vibration. Discernment determines whether this low energy effects us or not but if we're not paying attention, it can hijack our own good mood.

To further explain, think about your circle of friends, family, or co-workers. What vibration are they producing? You may have one friend who seemingly has all the luck. You feel positive when around them which boosts your own energy and good mood because that person is vibrating at a high frequency.

Both individuals affect themselves and the world around them with the vibration they are producing. High vibration equals positivity whereas low vibration equals negativity making it an easy choice to want to surround yourself with high vibration individuals. Are You Stuck in Low Vibration?
Energy is in a constant state of change which can greatly affect our emotions, our mood, motivation, vibrancy and our creative problem solving. Everyone has moments in life where our vibration is lowered due to stressful outside circumstances such as the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, an argument with a spouse, or any other negative happenstance.
During those moments, as your vibration lowers you may feel your heartbeat increase, and your entire body becomes tense and ready to take action. This is due to the sympathetic nervous system releasing hormones such as adrenalin to get the body ready for fight or flight during a stressful situation. Unfortunately, your body can actually become stuck in that fearful state leaving you in a constant state of low vibrational fear and affecting your overall health in a negative manner.
